2. Bookings & Appointments

• All orders are subject to confirmation by A to Z Hardware.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate details (address, contact number, and order information).

• Advance orders are recommended for faster processing.

• A to Z Hardware reserves the right to reschedule or cancel orders due to unavoidable circumstances (stock availability, logistics issues, staff availability, etc.).

3. Orders

• Orders are valid only as per the confirmed purchase.

• Products are subject to stock availability.

• Unavailable products may be substituted only after customer approval.

• Orders are non-transferable.

4. Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Payments must be made through approved payment methods (UPI, cash, or other methods communicated).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Once payment is made, refunds will not be provided except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of A to Z Hardware.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers must inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation or order modification, where applicable.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to processing charges.

• No refunds for partially fulfilled or customized orders.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer must ensure accurate delivery details are provided.

• Someone should be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, if applicable.

• A to Z Hardware will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damage & Liability

A to Z Hardware strives to provide quality products.

However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage due to improper handling or installation after delivery.

• Manufacturer defects covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty.

• Damage caused due to misuse or improper storage.

Any concerns must be reported immediately upon delivery or receipt of the products.

8. Safety & Conduct

Our staff has the right to refuse service in case of unsafe working conditions or inappropriate customer behavior.

Customers must not interfere with the service process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of A to Z Hardware and must not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Privacy

Customer information shared with A to Z Hardware will be used only for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

A to Z Hardware reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Champaran, Bihar courts only.
